Hello everyone! I'm Thanh, but you can call me Chase. My programming journey began in 2021, and it's been an exciting adventure ever since. PYTHON THE GOAT

 My fascination with computers started at age 7. Initially, my love for gaming overshadowed my interest in programming. However, as I took on more coding projects, I discovered a deeper connection to my work and its meaningful impact.

 In 2022, I studied abroad in the US to enhance my skills. I enjoy analyzing how applications work and continuously learning new technologies.

 Fall 2024 I find myself interested in AI domain and want to explore it further on how AI intergrate with existing systems.

Fall 2026, I will start my grand adventure in the PhD program at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) in Computer Engineering. I'm thrilled to embark on this new chapter of my academic journey, where I will have the opportunity to delve deeper into research and contribute to the field of computer engineering. I’m excited to see where this journey leads!

For summer 2026, I will be joining IBM as an AI Engineer Intern. I'm excited to gain hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence and contribute to innovative projects at IBM. This internship will provide me with valuable insights into the industry and allow me to apply my skills in a real-world setting. I look forward to learning from experienced professionals and making meaningful contributions during my time at IBM.

Developed an AI-powered computer vision system for roof damage detection using drone imagery, designed for State Farm agents. Integrated a customized RF-DETR (Region-Focused Detection Transformer) model to identify hail, wind, and surface defects, and automated report generation with analytical summaries and defect maps.
